Auto Addictions is a direct distributor of and is authorized to sell all merchandise listed on our website. Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise is sold in brand new condition and is covered by manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty coverage relationship exists directly between the manufacturer and the customer. Our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you in communicating and helping you receive a manufacturer warranty from the manufacturer. Any item not covered under manufacture warranty will be noted as such. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties. The Customer is liable for roundtrip shipping cost when returning or exchanging an item for any reason including warranty related issues.
General Returns Information
If, for any reason, you need to return an item please call our customer service line at 1-888-778-8100 or email [email protected] Please have your original invoice number and the full name and address the order was placed under so we can better assist you. There are no returns on special orders.
Since we do not sell used merchandise, we cannot accept returns or offer credit for items that have been used or are missing parts.
Returned (for any reason) merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return or wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned. You are responsible for the wheels and any damage received in return shipping. Wheels damaged in shipping will receive no credit. It is imperative that you package correctly. Product returned for any reason other than a mistake made by Auto-Addictions will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns - If you purchased wheels only
tires must not have been mounted on the wheels and must be packaged in the original boxes with the original packaging material and include all original accessories, including but not limited to caps, tools and stickers.
Merchandise damaged in shipping
It is very important that all merchandise is inspected immediately on arrival before signing the delivery receipt. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in shipment, it is very important that you notate the damage and take pictures. If you follow these procedures and notate any applicable damage before signing for it we will be able to offer a refund toward repair of the damage or replacement of the damaged part. We cannot guarantee refund or replacement if the merchandise is not inspected and damage notated on delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or you will be ineligible for refund or exchange due to shipping damage.
Returns - If the merchandise does not fit
It is recommended that you reach out to one of our team of wheel specialists to verify fitment to your vehicle before placing your order. If we guarantee fitment and you have an issue, we will exchange the product at no cost to you. If you order product that does not fit and we did not guarantee fitment, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. You must reach out to our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery to report a wrong fitment for us to honor this guarantee.
Returns - If you just don’t like the product
you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return or wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned. The tires must not have been driven on and all parts and accessories must be included, including but not limited to caps, tools, lug nuts (unused) and stickers. You are responsible for the product and any damage received in return shipping. Wheels damaged in shipping will receive no credit. It is imperative that you package correctly. You must reach out to our customer service department within 2 weeks of delivery for us to honor a return.
When are Refunds and Credits Issued?
Refunds and credits are issued either to the same method by which payment was made or by check (runs are every other week) upon receiving the merchandise.
Cancellations and exchanges
In many cases your product may incur charges such as shipping, warehousing, mounting and balancing before it even ships from our facility. If you decide to cancel, you will incur a $100 cancellation fee and 20% restocking fee in addition to all related shipping charges if the product ships before cancellation is requested. Depending on the nature and progress of the order, exchanges may also incur up to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges in both directions.
